At Breckenridge Capital, we're not your typical investment firm. 

Led by managing partner, Kyle Colafrancesco, our team has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the real estate.

Kyle's upbringing in the mountains of Alabama gave him a true working knowledge of building, and a craftsman's eye for quality. After studying agribusiness at Auburn University, he felt the pull to go deep in the craft of building, which led him to building Timber Framed Homes, spending a year in Massachusetts at the Becket Timber Framing Guild. Kyle then took his talents on the road,  building 14 log cabins at the foothills of the Sierras, West of Lake Tahoe sleeping on the ground until the first cabin was complete. Following a small network of artisans doing intricate beam work, he then moved to the private island of Mustique to build an imported cypress estate on the Island.

During his travels, Kyle met his wife of 17 years, Michele Colafrancesco. Embracing his adventurous spirit, Kyle found a home in  Texas, where fate led him to land development in the boom following the expansion of DFW following 9/11.

Since then and for the past 24+ years, Kyle has directly or team led the development of over 4,000+ lots, 500+ homes, and counting. His projects span multiple markets, from lakefront communities to golf courses and even coastal projects. Kyle's experience and expertise have made him a sought-after partner in the real estate investment world.

Together with his wife, Michele and their four children, Avery, Kylie, Olivia, and Bishop, calls Brock, Texas home.
